Refund Policy

Community Membership
GameHub Mumbai community membership is provided at no cost. Since there are no membership fees, no refunds are applicable for basic community access.
Paid Services
For any paid services we may offer in the future (such as premium coaching or special events):
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
- Digital content that has been accessed may not be refundable
- Event cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control may result in partial refunds
Gaming Facility Usage
If we charge for gaming facility usage:
- Refunds for unused facility time may be provided with 24-hour notice
- Equipment damage fees are non-refundable
- No-show reservations are not refundable
Tournament Entry Fees
For tournaments with entry fees:
- Refunds available up to 48 hours before tournament start
- Emergency cancellations will be reviewed case by case
- Prize money and entry fees are handled separately
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact refunds@gamehubmumbai.com
- Provide purchase details and reason for refund
- Allow 5-7 business days for processing
- Refunds will be issued to original payment method
